We are placing the most topical and burning information here, concerning the important events in the fishing life of Ukraine, in particular we are setting out the hottest and sensitive topics affecting interests of the Ukrainian fishermen amateurs to the public consideration. On March 27 the fact of the mass fish perish was established on the Dnester River storage reservoir as a result of the volley water evacuation from the Dnester River Hydro-electric power station to the tail pond according to the information of the press-relations service at the Ministry of the Environment.
At this moment experts of the fish inspection count losses made to the state as a result of the valuable fish species illegal killing at the fishery water objects. Materials of the inspection and damage totals will be handed to the law enforcement bodies for the guilty persons establishment and to bring them to the responsibility according to the legislation in force.

An appeal of the partial Kharkov fellows has come to the address of the Community. Besides, according to the details the letter was sent to Kharkov oblast state administration and to the Public Prosecution Office. However, we are sure that the public must know the fact of derogating from our civil rights, guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine and legislation in force – that is why we have published it in our “Community Liaison Office ”. We will keep a close watch on the situation and if it is necessary, we reserve the right on behalf of the AFPA ”The Fishermen Community of Ukraine ” to apply for higher authorities – to the General Prosecution Office, for instance |

It is not just a letter; this is a heartfelt cry. And we are sure that there, could be hundreds similar letters: this situation unfortunately is common for many regions of the country...
We have left this letter without reader proof, keeping the author’s style of narration. It is just a pity that its author, Roman Shkabara, hasn’t left the postal address in his letter – We would response him and recommend what particular is necessary to do in this complicated situation.
We have got a regional representative in Ivano-Frankovsk ,and we in cooperation with him will respond to the illegal outrage in the oblast adequately obligatory.
