«Fisherman Community of Ukraine » has put the public up to the «Program on the antipoaching in Ukraine»

 On October 22- 25 “Hunting and Fishing”exhibition took place in the building of the International exhibition center. There AFPA”Fishermen Community of Ukraine” represented on the mounts simultaneously all of its activity trends and programs being realized. On the first day of the exhibition the press conference, initiated by the AFPA”Fishermen Community of Ukraine” took place. Journalists demonstrated a horrible scope of this discreditable event and also represented the results and further plans of the «Program on the antipoaching in Ukraine» development, which has been realizing by the ”Fishermen Community of Ukraine” for the second year already.

 All Ukrainian competition in five kinds of the fishing sport for the “Fishermen Community of Ukraine” Cup are carried out with the purpose:
Activation of the educational and training work of the sport sections, clubs and Federation.
Further promotion and development of the fishing sport in Ukraine.
Purposeful work in the sportsmen training for taking part in the All Ukrainian and International competitions.

 Festival of the sport fishing with the float rode among the disabled in the Cup competition of the Voluntary Disabled People Organization “IKAR” took place in the town of Boyarka Kiev Oblast on October 30 жовтня. The competition was conducted with the assistance of three organizations: AFPA "Fishermen Community of Ukraine", the Voluntary Disabled People Organization «Planeta Silnikh» (“Planet of the Strong”), and oblast center «Invasport» and Boyarka town club of the disabled «IKAR». Local authorities: Taras Dobrivskiy – the head of Boyarka town council and Valeriy Shulga – his assistant visited this event. 15 disabled sportsmen from the city of Kiev and oblast came to compete in fishing. All of them are the multiple participants and winners of the fishing competitions. They succeeded in catching at least 5 kg of the fish during three hours!
 Teams of « the FCU-1» and «the FCU-2» took part in the Cup of Dnepropetrovsk oblast in spin predatory fishing from the boat «Samara perch». Competition took place on October 25-26 on the Samara River not far from the recreation facility «Samarskiy zaliv».
10 Teams from the different oblasts took part in the Cup. Competition took place in the individual and team classifications, they counted pike – from 35сm, pike-perch – from 42cm, zherekh – from 32cm, chub – from 24cm, catfish – from 70см, perch and goby – any length. Unfortunately, our sportsmen failed to take wraps off the water reservoirs. The first places were taken by the local teams which have an opportunity to take trainings in this area of the river and find the most efficient places.

 AFPA”Fishermen Community of Ukraine” initiated «Legislation on the antipoaching in Ukraine». Deputes Golub A and others have already introduced this legislation to the consideration of Verkhovna Rada. Acceptance of it is necessary the water resources of the country to be protected, after all each year the poachers catch as much fish as a it is permitted to the industrial enterprises officially! Due to such temps of the illegal fishing we have forgotten how the golden crucian carp, Amur bream,barb, gudgeon, tuna fish, herring and many other kinds,not to mention sturgeons – they cannot be found practically in the water reservoirs of Ukraine. This legislation will give the rights back to the public inspectors for making the protocols on the transgressors according to the Article 85 in the Administrative code of Ukraine. The public must help to struggle with the poachers more affectively!

 The editors of public newspaper “Rybolovny Vestnik” presented innovation for consideration of its readers. This year in May-June at once two special editions devoted to the most actual and urgent problems of fishing were prepared and published. Information collected by the journalists of edition is really unique: these materials were nowhere published, and journalistic investigations and exclusive interviews do not have analogues in the modern Ukrainian printed press.

 In 2008 “Fishermen Community of Ukraine” activists have initiated and developed a legislative proposal «On the amendments introduction to “the Code of administrative violations.” (Referring to the anti-poaching measures reinforcement). This legislative proposal, signed by the people’s deputies Golub A and others, has been introduced under consideration to the Verkhovna Rada in July 2008. Besides, the developed legislative proposal was introduced to the scientific and legislative expertise. We appealed to the most competent scientific institution in our country – to the Institute of state and law by name of Koretskiy V.M. National Academy of Science of Ukraine.
 On May 15 in Kiev in the building of the Ukrainian Association of Hunters and Fishermen (UAHF) the Seminar on training of judges in casting of the IInd-IIIrd categories took place, this is the event a conscientious fishing commonwealth has been waiting for so long. It can be said without any delay that this seminar became a starting point for revival of fishing commonwealth. As till today in Ukraine there are not more than two dozens of serving judges of casting having relevant powers and qualified to organize and to hold official competitions and sufficient experience therein. Though daily hundreds of fishing competitions of different levels are held, valuable system of qualified and certified judgment of casting is still practically absent in the country. And, thus, most of competitions held in our waters till today have no appropriate official status.
 The “Fishing Refereeing” Program (February 26, 2008) It is our pleasure to inform you that we are prepared to make the next step on the road to the civilized refereeing of fishing competitions. Following the planned policy of the Fishermen Community of Ukraine as regards the development of the fishing sports in Ukraine, the Joint Panel of Judges of the Fishermen Community of Ukraine and the Kiev Federation of Fishing Sports announces the reception of applications for the training workshop in refereeing. The workshop will be held March 15, 2008. The deadline for the applications’ filing is March 6 through.

 Traditionally in our country at the beginning of July Day of Fisherman is marked. «Dorosle of radio 106.0 Fm», which many name radios of favourites of fishermen, on July, 7 organized the First Championship on fishing «FISHING HAPPINESS» on the cup of the wireless station. Championship passed at support of "Community of Fishermen of the Ukraine" and magazine of «Svit Ribalki» on the special fishing-sporting base «Fishing Cordon», that not far from with. Yaroshovka of the Fastovskogo district.
 On Saturday on a picturesque lake near to village Byshev in Fastovsky area, that in 50 kilometers from Kiev, the charitable organization "Community of Fishermen of the Ukraine" and radio station "Adult radio 106 fm" have lead the championship on fishing. Despite of awful, changeable weather because of which has tightly "chopped off" a picking, the holiday has gone right on glory - we did not see any disappointed person.
 Early solar morning, 105 fishermen from all regions of Ukraine have gathered to find out, who from them the most successful. The Russanovsky channel was occupied by men with tackles - the presents, professional. An AllUkrainian spring cup "Plotva-2007" on catching by a feeder on prizes from AWF "Community of Fishermen of the Ukraine" and the Internet-club "House of the Fisherman" was started...
