AWF "Community of Fishermen of the Ukraine"

In 2006, after heated debates on the fishing Internet forums, the group of not indifferent  fishermen (some of them  you can see in the section "Faces  of the Fishermen  Community  of Ukraine

14 – section is at the stage of update), the decision on the All-Ukrainian Fishing  Organization  establishment was made, this  organization  must be able to settle fishing problems in Ukraine and protect interests  and rights  of the fishermen at all of the levels. Such organization building – hardworking, long time, complicated and expensive process. In one organization it was necessary to implement the whole possible potential of the public and leverage over the situation that would allow effective solution of the tasks entrusted to the organization. For  such  purpose  the  complex structure  conception  was developed and firstly  All-Ukrainian  charitable  foundation  of the  Fishermen Community of Ukraine  was  established, which  gave an opportunity  to accumulate aids and appliances, staff and technical  potential  to build  the following  key structures  of the future  public association. The date of All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation of the Fishermen Community of Ukraine registration - December 20, 2006г. This date is considered  to be  as an official Day  of  AFPA “The Fishermen Community of Ukraine” foundation and  celebrated  at the annual meeting  of the active  functionaries  body  and “The Fishermen Community of Ukraine” administration.

 

All-Ukrainian public fishing association "The Fishermen Community of Ukraine" (AFPA FCU) is founded by three organizations (different legal  entities, but components of one structure):

“The Fishermen Community of Ukraine” management – collegial, electoral and democratic body.  It is  implemented  by the  President  and  AFPA Management  Board, which consists of the managers of the structural parts  and subdivisions of the  Fishermen Community of Ukraine  - All-Ukrainian  Charitable  Foundation , All-Ukrainian Fishing Sport Club, Public Association, “The Fishermen Community of Ukraine” Active  Functionaries  Body, “The Fishermen Community of Ukraine” Internet portal, weekly newspaper  "Ribolovniy Vestnik", studio "FCU-Production", FCU Panel  of Judges, and also subjects of the collective  membership  in the association- other communities, clubs  and organizations which  became the FCU members (only legal entities). President – electoral position, the candidate is elected from the Management Board.  Nelipa A.V. was elected as a president of the AFPA FCU at the first meeting of the founders (unanimously). AFPA “The Fishermen Community of Ukraine” – viable and autonomous organization, united different economic and legal forms in its structure. With the help of All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation, we are raising funds from the population and business structures, having desire to help to the progressive all-Ukrainian fishing organization and so demonstrating their social and ecological responsibility. On the base of the Fishing Sport Club we are developing our own and joint commercial activity – video –production (releasing our DVD and TV program), fishing bases, tourism, tackle shops etc. In 2010 we are planning to implement different kinds  of the membership  registered  in  the PA «FCU» and FSC «FCU» with  the membership  fees (also differential system – for the fishermen with  different levels of the incomes and needs). Budget of the organization - is general, accumulated in All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation of" the Fishermen Community of Ukraine", support  of the representative authorities  in  organization  of various  events  and acts  is carried out  according to the previous  agreement.
